Although my experience dealing with Big Motoring World has been very positive, I can not offer the same advice regarding the Warranties 2000 company that they offer when selling the car.
Twice I have used Warranties 2000 in the past 6 months. They advised not to take my car to a dealer as this is too expensive and when you take it to a local garage they cap the hourly rate they wish to pay at either £40 or £50 (It does not state this in their conditions.)
They would only cover one hours labour and then deduct the £100 excess.
The first time was a faulty fuel regulator, second time a faulty air conditioning condenser, both covered in the warranty. I paid £600 for the warranty. I have paid over £700 for both repairs. Warranties 2000 have offered £73.00
Their service is very poor and you have to constantly chase them.
